DruckLab hat ein neues Logo: ein volles D, aus dem ein L ausgeschnitten ist. Das ist die ganze Idee in einem Zeichen. D f\u00fcr Druck, L f\u00fcr Lab. Das Lab sitzt jetzt mitten in der Druckwerkstatt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DruckLab hat als 3D-Druck-Werkstatt angefangen. Im Alltag bin ich immer wieder auf dieselben Aufgaben gesto\u00dfen, die keiner gern macht: Angebote, Papierkram, Social-Media-Beitr\u00e4ge, kurze Clips. Also habe ich mir daf\u00fcr eigene kleine Werkzeuge gebaut. Erst f\u00fcr unsere eigene Werkbank, dann f\u00fcr andere Betriebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zwei Dinge unter einem Dach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

DruckLab macht jetzt zwei Dinge. Das Lab: KI-Werkzeuge f\u00fcr Betriebe, zuerst in unserer eigenen Werkstatt gebaut. Die Druckwerkstatt: Bauteile, Prototypen und Serienfertigung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Reihenfolge ist wichtig. Die Werkzeuge sind nicht am Whiteboard f\u00fcr einen Markt entstanden, den ich nicht kannte. Sie kommen aus der t\u00e4glichen Arbeit einer Druckwerkstatt und werden jetzt f\u00fcr andere Betriebe mit \u00e4hnlichen Aufgaben eingerichtet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Lab: Werkzeuge von der Werkbank<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Das Lab ist eine kleine Sammlung von KI-Werkzeugen, jedes f\u00fcr eine bestimmte Aufgabe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Sofortpreis-Rechner<\/li>
  • Dokumenten-Sortierer<\/li>
  • Beitrags-Assistent<\/li>
  • Reel-Schnitt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Die meisten Werkzeuge laufen auf Rechnern in der Werkstatt, nicht in der Cloud. Das h\u00e4lt die Einrichtung einfach und die Daten nah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Die Druckwerkstatt: Bauteile und Prototypen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In der Druckwerkstatt hat DruckLab angefangen. Bauteile, Prototypen und Serienfertigung. Jede Datei durchl\u00e4uft vor dem Druck eine Druckbarkeitspr\u00fcfung. Der Slicer pr\u00fcft jede Datei, damit Probleme auffallen, bevor die Maschine l\u00e4uft, nicht danach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Diese Pr\u00fcfung ist keine Formsache. Sie entscheidet, ob ein Teil so von der Platte kommt, wie es geplant war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Made to fit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Der Slogan lautet \u201eMade to fit.\u201c Jedes Teil und jedes Werkzeug wird f\u00fcr ein bestimmtes Problem gebaut. Keine Allzweckl\u00f6sung, die vielleicht viele F\u00e4lle abdeckt, sondern etwas, das genau zur Aufgabe vor uns passt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Deshalb hat sich das Logo ge\u00e4ndert und die Werkbank nicht. Das Zeichen ist neu. Die Arbeit dahinter ist dieselbe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
